Okta Password Reset

To reset a Crew Members password, navigate to the Artist Anywhere Okta App

This URL will bring you to the Artist Anywhere Okta App sign-in page.

Select Forgot Password

Type in your Artist Anywhere Okta username:

• [e-mail] 

Please note, the Artist Anywhere username above is not an email address. The password reset request will be sent to the personal email address used during your initial on-boarding.

If you're uncertain which personal email address was used during sign-up, you can navigate to the Crew page in the Artist Anywhere Portal. The Crew page shows both the Artist Anywhere username and the original personal email address that's associated to it.
