Adding Crew Members:
Once you're ready to add Crew Members to your project, please navigate to the Artist Anywhere Portal which can be reached at the following URL:
https://prod.artistanywhere.io/
You will be required to log-in with your Okta username and password to begin.
Please leverage the Okta username and password that you established during your initial on-boarding to the Artist Anywhere Portal and cloud platform:
- Username: firstname.lastname@artistanywhere.io
- Password: Okta password
By signing in, you will receive an Okta push notification to continue. Once authenticated, you can proceed to accessing the Artist Anywhere Portal features.
Once logged in, your projects will appear on the left side of the page with additional navigation tabs.
Select Crew to navigate to the Crew Member page
On the Crew Member Page, you'll see the total Active Users associated with your project along with the Remaining Licenses. This represents the total seats available with your Artist Anywhere subscription. If you need to purchase additional seats, please contact clientsuccess@artistanywhere.io
You will see all the Active and Deprovisioned (deactivated) users in the list view.
Select the Add User button on the top right of the screen and complete the following form:
The new Crew Member will receive an email invitation from the Artist Anywhere Portal inviting them to join your project. The instructions and link to create an Artist Anywhere account will be included within the email summary. Please ensure they check their junk folders to ensure they receive the email successfully.
Assign New Crew Member to a Cloud Workstation:
Select Workstations on the navigation tab
On the Workstations page, you'll see all Workstations available for your project. The project admin has the privileges to assign users to Workstations.
Please note, multiple users CAN be assigned to a single Workstation. However, only ONE USER can operate the Workstation at any given time. The Active User field is leveraged to show which user is actively using a Workstation. If you attempt to access the Workstation while another user is active, it will boot them from the system. Due to this potential conflict, some Production teams prefer to pin a Workstation to a single user.
If you select anywhere in the drop-down area, you'll see all Crew Members associated with your project that can be assigned a Workstation.
Removing Crew Members:
To Remove a Crew Member, simply select the Deactivate button next to their name in the list view:
A validation step will appear requesting approval to deactivate the user. Select ok and the user will remain in a greyed out state as Deprovisioned.
